Our history

Having left his position as Web Design Manager at Sky TV, our founder Darren realised his ambition to start his own business.

Having been a freelancer for 4 years, Darren incorporated Darren Langley Ltd and began trading as a small agency under the monika Darren Langley Web Design.

We designed the website for The Ritz London, one of the World’s most prestigious hotels and the many Rivoli Bar cocktails inspired a website we were really proud of.

We moved into our first office on Coleshill Street, Sutton Coldfield (it was actually our second office, after the back room of the Gin bar!)

Darren Langley Web Design won the Website Development & Marketing Agency of the Year award at the Birmingham Prestige Awards 2019

Emily joined the team as a Web Design apprentice.

We moved to our wonderful home on the High Street in Sutton Coldfield.

Darren Langley Web Design rebranded as Gravitas Web Design and we haven’t looked back.
