Aftercare turnaround times

When will my Aftercare task be complete?

Turnaround times depend on a few factors:

Firstly, which package you are currently subscribed to.

Priority plan subscribers receive 2 hours of Aftercare work per month and these are typically completed in 5 working days.

Standard plan subscribers receive 0.5 hours of Aftercare work per month and these are typically completed in 10 working days.

If you are using Ad-hoc Aftercare Support this is a typical turnaround of 10 working days.

If you have something urgent that needs to be updated in a hurry, please let us know – however sometimes an additional charge may apply. We will let you know, before doing any work, if this is the case.

Also, please note, that at busy periods, larger tasks can take longer to complete than the specified times above.
